Hold Yourself Accountable
If you really want to know what, and how much, you are eating, keep track of it in your Food Log or just write it down in a notebook. Tracking it makes you think about what you're eating three times: first, when you eat it; second, when you record it; and third, when you read it over later on. It also gives you a sense of ownership over your actions and provides you with a record of how you've been doing. Seeing your progress will give you the inspiration you need to continue your plan. So grab your pen and paper and get to it!
